  • Running route

Time Standards

Elite: 300+ pull-ups
Advanced: 200-300 pull-ups
Intermediate: 150-200 pull-ups
Beginner: 100-150 pull-ups

Nicole is a Girl WOD benchmark that combines running with max effort pull-ups. Named in the CrossFit tradition, it tests the ability to pull while fatigued from running.
