• • False performance claims or cheating
• • Disrespectful comments about military, police, fire, or emergency personnel
• • Sharing inappropriate or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The content on MyHeroWOD, including workout descriptions, strategy guides, and educational materials, is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Many HERO WODs are created by CrossFit, Inc. and are used with respect to their creators and the heroes they honor.

• • User-generated content remains owned by the user but grants us usage rights
• • We respect and acknowledge the creators of all HERO WODs

Event Participation

When participating in MyHeroWOD community events:

• • Follow all event organizer guidelines and safety protocols
• • Respect event venues and equipment
• • Event hosts are independent and not employees of MyHeroWOD
• • We are not liable for actions of event organizers or participants

Limitation of Liability

MyHeroWOD and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service, including but not limited to injuries, equipment damage, or other losses related to fitness activities.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.
